Exhibition Rules

1. Fill in the exhibition application form and fax, scan or mail it to the organizer;
2. Exhibitors should remit the exhibition fees to the designated account of the conference within 3 working days after confirming the booth;
3. The principle order of booth implementation is: “first apply, first pay, first arrange, based on the order of submission of the exhibition application contract form”;
4. After the exhibitors remit the exhibition fees, please fax or scan the bank remittance slip to the organizer;
5. Only when the exhibitors pay the booth fees within the specified period can the booths be finally confirmed;
6. After receiving the exhibition application and exhibition fees, the organizer will send the “Exhibitor Manual” to the exhibitors one month before the opening of the exhibition;
